A parent, program director, and city administrator discuss the positive impacts that these programs have had in helping youth reach their full potential. Little Rock is the only city in the country that has dedicated a specific funding stream for these types of programs. The guests include: Dana Dossett, Director of Community Programs, City of Little Rock; Walter Washington, Parent and Board Member, Life Skills for Youth; Gabriel Tolbert, YIP Participant, Better Community Development; Tiffany Pettis, Director of Songbird Performing Arts; and Lauren Flannigan, Participant, Boys and Girls Club.
