Arkansas DHS just submitted a request to the federal government to allow Arkansas to reimplement work reporting requirements. We’ll discuss what happened to thousands of Arkansans when similar requirements were implemented in 2018; what this new proposal includes, who could be affected; and how to submit public comments to the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
