Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families (AACF) is pleased to announce that Jennifer Ferguson and Laura Kellams will serve as interim co-executive directors, beginning January 1, 2023. They will serve in this capacity until a new executive director comes on board next year. Jennifer has been the AACF deputy director since 2005, and she will be handling the day-to-day operational duties of the executive director. Laura has been the AACF Northwest Arkansas director since 2008, and she will take over the policy advocacy duties of the executive director.

As previously announced, Rich Huddleston’s last day as AACF executive director will be December 31, 2022.

The national search for an executive director of the organization is well underway, led by the Executive Director Search Committee comprised of AACF board and staff, with assistance from Monday Morning Consultants.
