- Video on how to complete the census – This is the first year the census will largely be completed online, and it will be available in multiple languages. But people can also complete the census on the phone in multiple languages, or by paper form in English or Spanish. If you do not complete the form by May, a census taker (called an enumerator) may come to your home.
