Volunteer

Arkansas Advocates for Children and Families depends on volunteers to help through out the year. Whether you're a retiree wanting to give back to the community, a student hoping to fulfill a service requirement, or just have a simple desire to help others during your free time, we have an opportunity for you.

  • Soup Sunday is our premier fundraising event during the year. Local restaurants donate soup, breads and dessert for over 800 people each year. It is typically held during February. We need about 100 volunteers to make a successful event each year! Call our Director of Development at 501-371-9678, Ext. 103, if you are interested in volunteering.
  • Several organizations place interns with AACF through out the year. Students are offered the opportunity to work with legislative tracking, data analysis, communications, coalition building, fundraising, research and other special projects. Call Paul Kelly at (501) 371-9678, Ext. 102 if you are interested in an internship at AACF.
