Kids Count Coalition Regional Conferences and Legislative Panels

The Arkansas Kids Count Coalition is embarking on a statewide summer tour to explore what needs to be accomplished during the 2009 Arkansas Legislative Assembly to keep families moving foward. The coalition of child advocates, community activists, elected officials and community members will gather in regional conferences. Together, we'll identify changes needed in state policies, laws and budgets affecting children and families.

The Arkansas Kids Count Coalition is a state-wide collaborative of organizations and individuals that works to inform the media, coalition members, legislators, and community leaders on the critical public policy issues facing Arkansas children and their families.
